Q: Do you offer virtual or in-person sessions?
A: At this time, we offer only virtual (online) sessions.

Q: How long are sessions?
A: Standard sessions are 50 minutes.

Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: We are in-network with select insurance providers. As of now, these are Atena, BCBS, Cigna, TriCare West, UnitedHealthcare/ Optum

Q: What are your self-pay rates?
A: Self-pay rates are $200 per session.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA cards.

A: You can schedule online through our client portal or contact us directly via phone or email.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule sessions. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

A: Frequency depends on your goals and needs, typically, clients begin with weekly sessions and adjust over time, but sessions are tailored to the clients’ needs.

Q: Is therapy confidential?
A: Yes. All sessions are confidential except in cases where disclosure is legally required (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, abuse, or court orders.

Q: How is my information stored?
A: We use HIPAA-compliant systems to store all client information securely.
