About Alexandria Hall, LCSW
Hi, I’m Alexandria. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology, with a minor in Leadership and Public Service from the University of Missouri - Columbia, and a Master’s of Social Welfare from the University of Kansas. I was born and raised on the South Side of Chicago, and I bring both compassion and real-world understanding to my work with clients. I help clients by creating a safe and welcoming space where you can talk openly and honestly—without judgment. My goal is to help you better understand your thoughts and emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and make meaningful changes that align with the life you want to live.
I work with adults, couples, and families who are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and emotional ups and downs. Together, we’ll focus on building insight, strengthening communication, and finding clarity in what matters most to you.
My approach is collaborative and flexible, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Empowerment theory, mindfulness-based techniques, and Gottman’s Couples Therapy. I am also a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional (CSTIP). I believe therapy is a space for growth, healing, and rediscovery, where you can feel supported and truly heard.
